PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Situated in Kisla on the eastern side of Kalkan Bay only a 2 minute walk to the wonderful beach.

Villa commands spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Taurus Mountains and the picturesque village of Kalkan. The property, newly finished and furnished to a very high standard, accommodates 6 to 8 people (sofabed extra 2), with 3 en suites and guest cloakroom; is air-conditioned throughout and has its own private pool. Five minutes walk from the villa is the Beach Club and “Hakki Baba”, the water taxi which will ferry you, free of charge, across the bay to Kalkan harbour.

The villa is built on three floors with bedrooms on the ground and first floors and the living area on the second floor. There is a roadside parking if you require it. The Gateway opens into a small courtyard surrounded by bougainvillae. The entrance to the courtyards guest suite is at this level and a flight of steps leads up to the front door, the pool and the terrace. A spiral staircase winds up from the first floor to the lounge and kitchen and then on again to the roof terrace with its wonderful view over the bay.

Rentals Terms

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the reservation with the balance payment due 12 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £300 is also required at time of paying balance (if requested by the owner). This will be refunded within 2 weeks of your return providing there are no breakage’s or losses. Cancellation charges :- Up to 12 weeks prior departure loss of deposit Between 12 and  8 weeks prior departure 50% 8 weeks and departure 100% Check-in time is from 4pm Check-out time 10am.
